Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, our support team will verify key details including:

  • Shipping address

  • Footwear size

If your provided address is incomplete or incorrect, we will attempt to contact you up to three times. If we receive no response, the order will be marked as Cancelled.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day after confirmation.

  • Domestic deliveries (within Pakistan): 3–5 business days.

  • International deliveries: 10–21 business days after order confirmation and prepayment.

Note: Shipping times may vary based on destination, public holidays, or external courier delays.

  • Domestic: Across all cities in Pakistan

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s journey until delivery.

Important Shipping Information

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Address modifications are not possible once the order has been placed — this applies to both COD and prepaid orders.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping with secure and trackable courier services.

  • Advance payment is required for both the product and shipping fees.

  • Delivery times range between 10 to 21 business days depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Shipping Charges

  • Pakistan: Free shipping on all orders over PKR 230

  • International: Flat rate of PKR 8,500 per order
